I'm a coachable individual who works well with both children and adults, a natural leader, and I'm determined to succeed in the ISM program. I've had to attend speech classes in Elementary school, where my inspiration grew for the profession. I wanted to impact future students and help them grow more confidently into hardworking individuals who aren't ashamed of how they speak. I was the first one in my group to graduate from speech lessons which was a huge accomplishment, and hope to encourage people with a speech impediment that there's nothing to feel ashamed of.

Mission Statement

 With the skills, I learn in ISM, and from my mentor, gaining a hands-on opportunity will develop new techniques to hopefully benefit my knowledge of the profession. This program will further develop my independence to be a successful individual as I bring forth my motivation, coachable work ethic, and focus into this specific field.
